Maverick County Precinct 3 – On behalf of Commissioner Jose Luis Rosales and Precinct 3 staff, we would like to express our heartfelt condolences to the Foster family on the passing of our dear friend and beloved ex-major of Eagle Pass, Chad Foster. Mr. Foster died this past Saturday morning after a long hard battle with cancer. He was 63 years old. Mr. Foster served as the mayor of Eagle Pass, he was the owner of Foster and Associates real estate company, was involved in numerous associations in the United States and Mexico, and was a member of the economic development association created by Commissioner Rosales that helped to attract businesses and development to the Maverick County Airport and Radar Base.
