The Maverick County Environmental And Health Association Has a Successful Brisket Plate Sale

Maverick County Precinct 3 – The Maverick County Environmental and Public Health Association held a successful brisket plate sale this past Sunday to help raise funds that will cover travel expenses for the representatives of the association to travel to Austin, Texas during the first days of August. The association plans to attend the public hearing on the renewal of the license for coal mine Dos Republicas. The plate sale was held at the facilities of the Maverick County Lake, where volunteers worked together to prepare delicious Brisket plates, which were sold from 11 am to 2 pm. About 20 members of the association attended the event. Precinct 3 Commissioner Jose Luis Rosales was also present at the event showing his unconditional loyalty and support for the association.
