Jose Luis Rosales is identified with a lot of dynamism, leadership, and a great personality by his coworkers, neighbors, parents, and students. Mr. Rosales graduated with an Associates of Arts in General Education at Southwest Texas Junior College in Uvalde, Tx., and earned a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from the University of Texas in San Antonio. He is currently attending Rio Grande College towards a Masters of Business Administration. (MBA).
Mr. Rosales began his career in San Antonio, Texas working for Aramark, Cricket Communications, then joined UPS as an International Auditor. In the summer of 2003 Mr. Rosales joined the community of Eagle Pass in the banking industry and successfully integrated the staff of IBC Bank, earning his place in the local and regional markets. He held various positions at the financial institution to conclude with his final goal of earning a management position at the Banquito Las Minas branch where Rosales maintained close contact and activity with people such as business owners, sector leaders, and trade officials both at the local industry and regional levels. In January 2005, he joined Eagle Pass Junior High School, and earned his certification of Business Education 6-12, which allows him to educate the youth of our community. His interest with the community of Eagle Pass have led him to seek and find different opportunities as a football and baseball coach within the school district. He has also participated as a volunteer basketball Coach at the Pete Gallegos Elementary School which is located in the Deer Run Subdivision.
Mr. Rosales holds an honest attitude that reflects his people skills and accepts that he does not come from a family with political roots in the community and that this new facet in his life represents a new beginning. I bring with me alot of energy, leadership and new ideas, along with people skills and a philosophy of personal communication with the constituents. At the same time an open door policy is required to establish an effective working program with you.
“My house is located in the area of Deer Run, and that helps me understand the everyday problems and needs of the citizens”. Rosales has the initiative to find solutions to the problematic experienced by the residents. “I want to see prosperity, better jobs, better life and a change with opportunities for all”
