Commissioner Jose Luis Rosales Will Be Sponsoring An MTB And Road Bike Circuit Race













Maverick County Precinct 3 A bike race will be held on Sunday, December 2nd at Thompson Road FM 1588 north of Eagle Pass. This event will take place from 9am - 11:30 pm. and is sponsored by local sportsman Ernesto Cumpian, TRY Sports Club, MT&B, Blackstonians, Axolote.com.mx and Precinct 3 Commissioner Jose Luis Rosales. This invitation is open to all who enjoy cycling. 9:00 am - Mountain Bike Novice male-female 35 min Medals top three.

9:40 am- Mountain Bike experts male-female 45 min Medals top three.

10:20 am- Kids Race distance determined by age, 8-under,9-10, 11-12, 13-14 Gifts for all !

10:45 am – Road Bike Novice male-female 40 min Medals top three.


11:25 am – Men’s Open 60 min $100, $50, $30, $10

REGISTRATION  FEE: 1st Race $15, 2nd Race $10, Kids FREE

PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE A HELMET. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Radar Base Residential Properties Continue To Undergo A Major Cleanup Campaign



Maverick County Precinct 3 The Radar Base located in precinct 3 is currently undergoing a major cleanup campaign. Precinct 3 workers were present throughout the area focusing on residential properties, picking up brush, cutting high weeds, and cleaning the entire area in general. Commissioner Rosales stated once again the importance on keeping this area clean and to help alleviate the problem with harmful and dangerous animals like snakes that live in these types of environments. The Maverick County Water Plant Is Officially Off The Water Boil Notice And Has Met All State Requirements















Maverick County Precinct 3 – Commissioner for Precinct 3 Jose Luis Rosales informs all Maverick County Water Works Clients that as of the Month of October the residual has been at the acceptable level the state requires. During the week of October 24, 2012 the county water plant sent a sample of water to a state approval laboratory and we can now officially with proof in hand inform our residents that the water coming from the water plant is safe to drink. Over 50 Residents Attended The Rabies Vaccine Clinic That Was Held Last Week In Deer Run



Maverick County Precinct 3 Over 50 residents attended the rabies vaccine clinic in deer run last saturday. Commissioner Rosales like always continuing his ongoing efforts in the fight againsts rabies and stressing the importance of vaccinating all pets to prevent diseases. Maria Garza employee for precinct 3 commented that this clinic was indeed successful with a constant turnout and participation from the residents throughout the day. Just a reminder to all residents living in the Quemado, Normandy, and Radar Base areas, that another vaccine clinic will be held on Saturday November 10, 2012 at the Quemado Community House starting at 9:00 am.
