Maverick County Precinct 3 – The precinct 3 administration office informed us today that the construction of the ADA compliant handicap ramps continues at Valeria Park located in Siesta Acres Subdivision. Construction workers have begun the construction of these ramps in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This act was enacted to improve the quality of life for the nation's disabled individuals. By following this important guidelines we can assure the public that all buildings and parks located in Precinct 3 will be accessible and compliant to those who must travel with the aid of mobility devices like wheelchairs. ADA Ramps are a crucial aspect of our precinct infrastructure and will be present at Valeria Park and all of our other parks and buildings in the near future commented commissioner Rosales.
