Maverick County Pct.3 Economic Development Association To Host The 100th Paint The Town Event At Seco Mines Mariana Street Park
Maverick County Precinct 3 – The 100th Paint The Town event will be hosted by the Maverick County Precinct 3 Economic Development Non-Profit Association on March 3, 2012 at Mariana St. in Seco Mines in an effort to stop gang related graffiti throught out Maverick County. David Lopez director for the Seco Mines Community Center stated, "We are very happy and excited with this event, it is important and special to us as we will be honoring the memory of Hector Munoz Jr." Some of the events taking place are a ceremony of the park sign unveiling by the Eagle Pass High School Building Trades students following a Youth Baseball Tournament, Girl's Fast Pitch Tournament, and other activities for the public to enjoy such as DJ Music, Jumping Castle, and more. The public is invited to attend the 100th Paint The Town and we encourage those of you interested in volunteering to please come by the Seco Mines Community Center or simply give us a call at 773-5588 or 773-1716.
