Precinct 3 held an Employee Thanksgiving Luncheon this past Tuesday

Maverick County Precinct 3 Commissioner Rosales held a Thanksgiving Luncheon for the precinct 3 employees last tuesday. The event was a great success and was organized by Commissioner Rosales, Precinct 3 Staff, Seco Mines Community Center, and local sponsors that donated food and helped make this event possible. On behalf of Commissioner Rosales and staff would like to thank all of those who donated not only the delicious food but their time in helping out and organizing this luncheon. Happy Thansksgiving on behalf of Commissioner Rosales and Precinct 3 staff.

Commissioner Rosales and friends gather to watch Boxing Match
















Maverick County Precinct 3 Family and friends gathered this past Saturday with Commissioner Rosales to enjoy a boxing match between Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Manuel Marquez. Among those who attended the gathering were some distinguished guests pictured above, Commissioner for Precinct 2 Rudy Heredia and the famous radio broadcaster from "La Racherita Del Aire" Carmelo Casas who fully show their support for Commissioner Rosales' Re-Election term.

Maverick County Precinct 3 Commissioner Rosales would like to thank the City of Eagle Pass and Mr. Hector Chavez Public Works Director for the excellent work the department has done repairing the streets of Precinct 3 within city limits. Commissioner Rosales says " We will continue working as a partnership with the City of Eagle Pass on an ongoing effort to bring a better quality of life to all our residents".

Seco Mines Community Center reminding the public of new Technology Lab

Maverick County Precinct 3 Commissioner Rosales and the Seco Mines Community Center would like to remind the public of the new Technology Lab that is available to all precinct 3 residents and is totally Free of Charge. We would like to inform the public that the lab is located at the Seco Mines Community Center and is open Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm. Those interested can come by the center or simply call 773-5588 for more information.

Commissioner Rosales hands out prizes to the winners of the Halloween Decoration Contest















Maverick County Precinct 3   Commissioner Rosales was at the Deer Run offices yesterday to congratulate and hand out prizes to the winners of the Halloween Home Decoration Contest. Mr. Rosales met with all five winners that were judged by the student councils of each elementary school that lie in the precinct. The commissioner stated that this type of event is something new for the precinct and it is an effort to motivate our youth and elementary students to participate and get more involved in the community. It is a new way of working together with our residents said Rosales and this is just a small incentive for doing just that. More future contest are being planned ahead to motivate our residents. We congratulate all of you who participated and took the time to decorate their homes.

Vaccine Clinic being held in Quemado, TX

















Maverick County Precinct 3 Precinct 3 will be having a Vaccine Clinic hosted by local veterinarian Dr. Claudia Torres on Saturday, November 12, 2011 from 9 am - 12 pm noon. This clinic will take place at the Quemado Community House in Quemado. We invite those of you who live within this precint who are current pet owners to come take advantage of this important clinic that will help keep our pets healthy. Reduced rates are being offered to Precint 3 residents.
